Terms of Use

Independent practice material

The app is provided by Onur Apps. It is not affiliated with, approved by or published by South Cambridgeshire District Council. Practice questions, mock exams and study priorities are educational material. They do not predict examination questions, guarantee a pass or replace current council requirements, legislation or the Highway Code. Consult the linked official sources for current requirements.

Three-day trial and lifetime access

The optional free trial provides full study access for 72 hours from explicit activation. It does not automatically become a paid purchase. After expiry, continued study requires an optional one-time lifetime unlock. Saved results and settings remain accessible.

The UK lifetime access price is £9.99. The price and currency shown by the relevant app store purchase confirmation apply in your region. Lifetime access is a non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, and has no recurring charge. It unlocks the app's study features without a subscription expiry. Content and features may be updated over time.

App store purchases and restoration

Apple handles purchase authorisation and billing on iPhone and iPad; Google Play handles them on Android. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account or Google Account used for the original transaction on the same platform. TestFlight transactions are sandbox tests and do not carry over to the public App Store release. Refund requests are handled through Apple's purchase support process. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Device storage and educational use

Progress is stored on your device. Export a backup before changing devices or deleting local data. Use the app responsibly while stationary; do not study while driving. Content is for preparation and is not legal, medical or professional advice.

Licence and support

The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement applies to the iOS app. These terms describe its study and access features and do not replace applicable Apple terms. Contact support@onurapps.com for help or to report a content error.

Android closed testing

All study features are free to everyone using our Android closed-test build. No account, trial activation or purchase is required, and the beta does not query Google Play billing. This testing access does not grant a lifetime purchase. Trial and purchase terms elsewhere on this page apply to the paid-access store edition, including iPhone and iPad.
